All of our therapists are self employed and rely on their clients. Please note that therapists require 24 hours notice of cancellation. We understand that illness and other things can happen at the last minute which can prevent you from making your appointment time. Please let your therapist know as soon as possible that you are unable to attend. Any missed appointments which have not been cancelled prior to the time will be charged at full price. Less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge.
