Paula Hemsley Bsc(Hons) MCSP HCPC
Paula trained at Coventry University between 1991-4 and qualified with a Bsc (Hons) Physiotherapy as a Chartered Physiotherapist.
She has since gained her diploma and membership of The Society of Musculoskeletal Medicine and has a diploma in injection therapy.
She has been a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists since 2002.
She has recently passed a masters diploma module in Advanced clinical practice.
Paula has extensive experience of treating all types of musculoskeletal problems, whatever your symptom.
Paula has worked in the NHS for 28 years as well as successfully conducting private work in a variety of locations as diverse as New Zealand and Harley Street. She has also developed her wealth of experience in private clinics and hospitals as well as at Boots the chemist.
In 2016 she won the Global and Pharma healthcare award for North Scotland.
Paula is approved and registered with most of the major health insurance companies such as HSA, BUPA, Cigna, Vitality and Simply Health but not AXA.
She is the only BUPA approved physiotherapist in Orkney.
Paula will be in Clinic
Monday - 2pm-6pm
Tuesday - 2pm-7pm
Wednesday - 9am-5pm
Thursday - 2pm-5pm
Friday - 9am-4.30pm
