Medi/Pedi

Treat Your Feet with treatments that go the extra mile to smooth and nourish callus, heal cracks and fix nails.

Medi/Pedi

Orkney Podiatry's signature Medi/Pedi is a fabulous combination of a professional Podiatry treatment and a Pedicure.

This treatment is great for people who struggle with dry skin, cracked heels and callus build ups. Also, it's a great treat for your feet before a holiday or an event such as a wedding!

We will trim and shape your nails, then remove any callus on your feet leaving them feeling smooth and supple.

Using luxurious scrubs and creams to give you the ultimate treat for your feet. Your podiatry treatment is followed by an exfoliating salt scrub which is enriched with softening oils to polish your skin. We then massage in a rich cocoa and shea butter foot cream in your choice of zingy Lemongrass and Mint or refreshing, cooling Peppermint to nourish your skin. Finally a cuticle oil containing myrrh, lemon, geranium, frankincense and lavender essential oils which moisturise and protect your nails and cuticles.

WARNING: Can create smooth, comfortable feet!

Our patients come in with sore, dry skin, large areas of thick callus and heel cracks. Look at the difference in our pictures! If you are struggling with any of the above, why not get in touch and see what a Medi/Pedi can do for you. Also perfectly suitable as a treat for your feet "just because"!

Steel Toes

When you work in the trades it's important to take care of your tools so they stay in good working order. The same goes for you yourself too.

This is a treatment designed for trades people who spend their days wearing steel toe caps and welly boots. Hard working people who's feet taking a beating on a daily basis!

This treatment includes a nail cut and file (lots of people who wear steel toe caps have thicker nails because of the bashing they get from the shoes, we can thin these down for you if you need it), removal of hard skin (hard shoes cause hard skin), a "sanding down" with a salt scrub to smooth down the skin and then some cream at the end to add some moisture back in.

Think of it as a trim up, sanding and oiling, if you like!
